Her Story
The inspiration behind TNN Media Academy comes from a deeply personal place. Tiffany's younger brother, Caleb, passed away at just six years old. Although his life was brief, his memory continues to inspire everything she does. Tiffany often reflects on the dreams, talents, and possibilities Caleb never had the opportunity to pursue.
Through TNN Media Academy, she believes those dreams continue to live on through the children she serves.
“Every time a child finds their voice, gains confidence, steps in front of a camera, speaks in front of a crowd, or accomplishes a goal they once thought was impossible, I see a piece of Caleb's spirit living on.”
After building her own media platform from the ground up, Tiffany recognized that many young people possess incredible talent but lack the confidence and communication skills needed to fully express themselves. She created TNN Media Academy to bridge that gap by providing hands-on experiences in broadcasting, interviewing, journalism, sports commentary, podcasting, storytelling, and public speaking.
More importantly, the academy teaches life skills that extend far beyond media — confidence, leadership, teamwork, self-expression, and effective communication.
Tiffany's mission is to create opportunities for young people to discover their potential, embrace their unique voices, and become leaders in their communities. She is committed to ensuring that every child who enters the program feels seen, heard, valued, and empowered.
At its heart, TNN Media Academy is more than a media program — it's a legacy of hope, purpose, and opportunity.
